The regional director undermined me at every turn

Decent compensation and strong brand recognition.

Cons

The regional director micromanaged everything while knowing little about the actual work. I was constantly second-guessed and overruled, even when I had facts and experience to back up my choices. It became exhausting to lead a team while dodging interference from someone out of touch. That kind of disrespect breaks morale fast.

Pros

There are great projects and some great leaders who will teach you how to become a successful consultant. Their government presence is significant and they are ambitious to grow it even further.

Cons

Once Bain bought this place it started to significantly change for the worse. There were significant layoffs and partners getting fired constantly. It created a paranoia among all staff levels with significant uncertainty of our job security. Top leadership who were brought on didn’t sympathize with the situation and made things worse with their lack of communication.

Do Not Apply Here Very Unorganized, Horrible And Unprofessional Managers/Leadership, Co-Workers Will Criticize You Even When You Ask For Help, Improper and Rushed Training, They'll Literally Throw You To The Wolves and If You Ask Managers For Help They Will Threaten To Fire You. Again STAY AWAY From This Company And Find Somewhere Else
