      Pros

      Solid consultancy, cares about its people, everyone I worked with was very sharp. Overall good place to work.

      Cons

      No cons to think of, maybe pay is a bit below industry but I was in the federal segment so that could be why. Worklife balance can be project dependent too.

      Solid firm to work for in DC. Most people are friendly, and we have the best view of DC you could ask for.

      Cons

      The Partners are hit or miss when it comes to actually knowing their stuff. They are either an expert in their field who regularly keep up with the latest trends and have a meaningful perspective to provide, or they are completely asleep at the wheel with little to no sense of what is happening in the market.
