No career growth, rules for promotion are not enforced and depends more on your relationship with your leadership. They don't care about your professional development - your year-end conversation will only be 10 minutes of the partner talking (and mid-year isn't taken seriously). Benefits and pay are not competitive - only got a $1,500 raise while I was there.

Company will let a client treat you like absolute garbage just for a recommendation that won’t come. All you hear in meetings is “make client happy” but nothing is said about employees. They have programs for employees but when client takes up all your time there is no time for the company programs.
