Pros

Great client relations experience. GH has or had some interesting contracts that provided great consulting experience.

Cons

Very little if any culture. Extremely segmented and I found it difficult to network. Promotions are based first and foremost on the business case so it can be difficult. I was part of a recent round of layoffs and they did it by sending an email at the end of the day.

Company's doing good because they don't pay us for how much we work.

Cons

We work more than 12 hours on a shift but don't get appreciated. Management's awful, they only think about themselves and never about our welfare. We're often stressed and leave exhausted every shift, and only get our basic salary during paydays. No incentive or bonus because management is awful cheap!
