Pros

Some interesting projects and good networking opportunities.

Cons

The project lead constantly changed expectations mid-project, leaving employees scrambling to meet unclear goals. Work was often reassigned without explanation, making it difficult to track progress. There was little collaboration between teams, and leadership failed to provide meaningful support. Employees were expected to figure things out on their own with no clear structure.

Pros

You get to work with some very motivated individuals.

Cons

Some of the worst people I have ever encountered in my career. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and cultural values is astonishing. Management shows lots of favoritism, is out of touch and will be the first to point fingers. The morale of the team was incredibly low due to demoralizing leadership. Unless you need a job, avoid this company.

Pros

Interesting projects, hardworking and motivated people (State Health), fair pay, and flexible work arrangements.

Cons

Slim benefits package, workplace politics, declining culture, and increasing barriers to upward mobility.
