They're always hiring for multiple positions you can easily get a job here.

Cons

This company awfully lacks integrity where all they've said to new recruits were lies! Don't trust the management if you want to get a good and build a career. Listen to the, and you'll be stressed and stuck in the samer position and terrible pay!

Pros

Good salary for younger professionals. Not so much for the tier above that but still below director level. Managers respected work life balance to an extent.

Cons

It’s just another big company that has no connection at the personal level. Managers are focused on helping the company grow. Everyone has to do BD (business development) work that is outside of contract work. Unlimited PTO is not unlimited. BD work counts against utilization rate. Analysts only get about 12-13 PTO days to meet utilization rate before BD work is factored in. If you don’t hit utilization, you will not get your full bonus or raise. 3% 401k match is underwhelming

Good health insurance, student loan assistance, flexible schedule.

Cons

This company has wonderful benefits but honestly corporate needs to do a better job with the supervision of managers. From the beginning my manager never allowed me to grow, constantly telling me to act to the next level even though my clients were constantly providing feedback. Promotions and titles are not based on work experience, it is based on networking and being your manager’s puppet.
