Easy to get hired. Easy to work in the beginning. Will have more than enough time to do your job.
Cons
very unprofessional management, will fire you if you are better then them and just might end-up with simple lawsuit. Mediocre salary. After you get used to do your job, you will be billed on hourly basis even if you are top performer.
