Pros

Remote work is still a thing if your partner allows it. Other than that, nothing special about this place.

Cons

To address the headline directly. Guidehouse is a good place to work TEMPORARILY. I say this because its more than likely you will be separated from this company once your client contract ends. Once that happens you wont have enough time to get staffed before you are fired. Once you start working here you also will probably quickly find out that this place has all the problems of our larger competitors with none of the benfits. Brand name is still unknown, benefits are bad, pay is poor. So your time here will probabaly be temporary because you either lose your job or realize the place is not worth investing your time in long term.
