Pros

Good overall work SLG NYMA has a good people and culture overall Good training ground and exposure to consulting for early years Interesting SLG projects

Cons

Too much focus on Grant management and tend to place everyone there without interest Lack of flexibility in choosing your own projects that aligns with your capabilities Certain teams and clients expect you to work late and weekends and no work life balance and sprint deadlines Tend to place you in different regional markets that may have different culture and lack of acceptance for you Very bad compensation model and horrible rating and bonus system

Good health insurance but nothing else.

Cons

Not enough staff to do the work. Senior staff lie to the clients about standards. No transparency about expectations during interviews. Favoritism. No real training to acquire necessary consulting skills.
