Pros

Most of the employees are helpful. The work itself is rewarding knowing that you're helping people. Pay is average.

Cons

Leadership on the non-Federal side needs to be addressed. Some leaders just don't have the leadership skills and others are far too unavailable to support success. This creates roadblocks in day-to-day operations. System performance has gradually decreased for over a half year. Not enough development resources to execute upon all the requested work, so timelines for completing work are long. If you want a job that poses numerous challenges, this is a place where you'll never get bored.

Great for a first compliance job; really good for learning a wide-range of AML knowledge and skills; somewhat decent management; nice and helpful colleagues.

Cons

For those not getting not joining for a first job/compliance job, or those who turn competent/skilled in their work, the salary is low without much real long-term staying incentive.
