      Good start early in a career

      Cons

      Toxic culture, virtually no time off, arbitrary and political review process, constant leadership turnover, lack of integrity in processes. Massive pay disparities.

      Big four culture without the pay

      Pros

      Unlimited PTO is nice IF you have a team that supports work/life balance Work can be interesting but it can also be pretty boring, depends on interest and if the managers like you enough to give you interesting projects

      Cons

      -There have been a lot of very quiet lay offs and the "resources" given to help you find a new job are just them saying "here look at this website" not actually them providing good resources -HUGE snitching culture, any little thing you do wrong is immediately noted -Lots of two-faced employees who act supportive but will step on you to get promoted -The company is trying to compete with the big four firms but is no where near them in employee count, size, clients, or revenue so they are scrambling to keep up. It impacts experience, I would recommend just going big four. The culture will be the same and the workload the same but the pay will be WAY better.
