Pros
Generally great people to work with... a good culture where people for the most part play nice together, interesting and diverse set of projects, flexible working policies e.g. remote or hybrid options, relatively low travel requirements compared to other consulting firms, great opportunities to take on leadership roles and drive internal initiatives (if you have bandwidth), can explore various projects outside of the division you were hired if desired
Cons
Leadership and internal initiatives are unorganized at times; sometimes people are forced into project management and operations projects, which is boring to most people and not strategic nor consulting-oriented work at all (a major driver of turn over); bonus is not market competitive/possibly sub par, base salary is fair; leadership could be more diverse
