-Flexible work schedule -Flex Time Off

Cons

-Utilization rates -Low pay (comparatively) -Excessive meetings with little to no actual information provided -HR/HQ personnel stop responding if you ask too many questions or don't respond at all if you ask difficult questions -Unorganized and leadership makes promises they don't keep--especially about the integration -Corporate meetings have no value

POC often feel out of the conversation as management does not reflect lower level staff. POC feel slighted when it comes to promotions & pay. The evaluation scale is based on everyone's performance. If someone does extremely well & was extremely involved in internal initiatives, then the expectation is everyone should have done that...
