Pros
Great client relations experience. GH has or had some interesting contracts that provided great consulting experience.
Cons
Very little if any culture. Extremely segmented and I found it difficult to network. Promotions are based first and foremost on the business case so it can be difficult. I was part of a recent round of layoffs and they did it by sending an email at the end of the day.
