      Great team, values and people. Flexible DTO schedule. Primarily fully remote.

      Cons

      Bonuses are extremely low compared to most large firms (for folks at the consultant and senior consultant level, expect a 2-5% bonus).

      Pros

      Everything you do at guide house is measured. Sometimes that can be a good thing and sometimes it can become a burden.

      Cons

      The fact that everything you do is measured as value and you have to take credit for every hour of your day, week, month, quarter, year, can become very burdensome. It's can become a sense of anxiety when you focus more on taking credit vs just delivering great value for your clients.
