      Pros

      Guidehouse has average benefits. Medical not so much but typical 401(k) match.

      Cons

      Horrible IT services. There is no culture, benefits are below average, and the leadership could care less about investing in its employees. All leadership cares about is growth of the company. There is little mobility to move within the company or help to move within the company. They claim to be a rising big company but the internal workings is still a start up company that cannot accommodate the 15,000 employees. Recommend finding another career at another employer.

      Good pay and benefits. Multiple external job opportunities.

      Cons

      Company management is very impersonal. No room for movement once attached to a federal government project. Poor 401k matching contribution at 3%. Promotion process is not friendly. Federal government clients are not the best to work for.
