Pros
None at all. It's a pretty bad place to work.
Cons
They are worried about "utilization". They like to say there's unlimited PTO but there isn't. They also like to threaten a lot and definitely seem some civil charges in their future. In the grand scheme of it, people here are highly under skilled and just administrative waste to their clients. I quit because I just work for fun. Poor, old wimp of a coworker was very arrogant and highly ignorant. Liked to brag about their accomplishments, while I quietly kept quiet. Boss was just as bad. Jokes on them. They don't have 1.3 million dollars in liquidity or apparently any career aspirations or they wouldn't be working here hahaha.
