      There are some great people at this company

      Cons

      PE has ruined everything. The pay is substandard, the communication and transparency from leadership is lackluster, and the benefits are extremely minimal. Things are always changing internally, and not in a healthy way.

      There are pockets of really great people still here, the offices are nice.

      Cons

      Tons of turnover, can't hold on to employees. Multiple years of 1% salary increases and rounds of layoffs has done a number on employee morale.

      - Mission Driven Work - Work Life Balance (Reasonably expected to stay at 40 hours billable per week with 20 days DTO possible - Unlimited DTO (can stack billable to take longer periods off)

      Cons

      - Lack of women / racial Diversity in leadership - Promotion slow at junior levels (expect you to work at SC / MC for 1-3 years before promotion) - Pay increases poor after entry, try to enter as high as possible (NEGOTIATE - ITS NORMAL) - No Bonuses for Junior Staff starting 2026 - Performance ratings often tied to financial EOY stuff not actual performance
