Great collaboration amongst colleagues. Upper mgmt. markets well across the firm for internal initiatives and BD.

Cons

Not a lot of upside for promotion nor room for growth. Top heavy at each staff level. Merit increases don't keep up with inflation rates. Heavy emphasis on returning to office with limited office rooms to take meetings in which limits productivity. Most people are burnt out.
