Some clients were interesting to work with.

Cons

The managing director had no clue what they were doing, constantly making changes that only created more problems. Internal operations were a disaster, and promotions were based on office politics rather than merit. Employees were exhausted, frustrated, and stuck in a system that rewarded inefficiency.
