Pros

Flexibility and remote work, interesting projects for the most part. Good, smart people

Cons

Low comp, obsession with growth, BD, and utilization rather than quality and people development. Little real investment in people. Likely manifestations of PE ownership.

Pros

Remote opportunities available for those who are unable to work in office

Cons

This company is a complete mess—management is incompetent, communication is non-existent, and the workload is completely unreasonable. The managers have no idea how to lead a team, and instead of offering guidance or support, they micromanage and create confusion. There’s no clear direction, priorities constantly shift without notice, and you’re left scrambling to meet unrealistic expectations with little to no resources. You’re expected to juggle multiple roles without additional pay or support, and if you raise concerns, you’re either ignored or told to “just figure it out.” Burnout is inevitable, and employee well-being is clearly not a priority. Overall, this is not a company that values its employees.
