I've had a good experience in my year and a half at Guidehouse and have grown in title, salary, and professionally in that time. I have enjoyed my projects and the transparency of the company and truly believe they stand behind their values.

Cons

Health insurance is expensive, and depending who your pathfinder is, you can get stuck in a position you don't like without being able to pivot.
