      Top down approach, lack of transparency from upper management, you are seen as a billable hours machine rather than an employee

      Pros

      Difficult to say as much of your experience depends on the team you are on.

      Cons

      -It doesn't seem like there's a clear direction with the firm -Lost many perks/benefits from PwC (not equal or better) -Back office support is dreadful -It's a bad sign that everyone who leaves is warned to not say anything negative about the firm

      A business boot camp company for individuals with high energy and lots of available time.

      Pros

      Smart, sharp, dedicated coworkers. Work was interesting. No micromanager, you own your career.

      Cons

      Some associates just shy of 3 years out of college can be promoted to senior with little knowledge. Hard work does pay off but it’s difficult to work with them, due to their lack of leadership awareness, and management experiences.
