Pros

I left because there weren't any pros. I mean, what's the point in putting up with a lot of stress when you aren't getting anything from it?

Cons

Terrible pay and not a lot of opportunities to advance. Don't bother trying to outperform your coworkers, because instead of getting a raise, you're just going to be relied upon more and assigned heavier workloads while still receiving the same salary.

Pros

If you want to test how many hours a week you can put in without breaking, you can test it here.

Cons

The leadership is fake and lies easily. These horrible people told me that I would work only 8 hours a day, but they pushed me to work over 50 hours every week. They made excuses to make me work brutal and exhausting hours. It was awfully stressful and brought me closer to burnout. Beware, or you’ll end up like me- Miserable!

Pros

Having a hard time thinking of something...

Cons

CEO is completely out of touch with he company. Stuck in the consulting world of 30 years ago, which is very different than today. He also seems to be completely checked out and just waiting to retire. GH laid off many leaders in the last 18 months to the point where they are actively trying to hire partners to take their places. They keep developing strategies that don't work only to reverse them 3 months later. They completely reorged their tech division merging everyone into their industry teams. Only to fire the previous leader who thought that was smart and hired a new partner from Accenture who just put everything back to how it was. Seriously they can't stop shooting themselves. They've also been laying people off left and right. 12 months ago there were almost 18k employees, now it's closer to 15k. 401k benefits are pretty terrible. They took away 2 paid holidays midway through the year and buried the announcement halfway through another boring email.
