Nothing. There really isn't any reason why anyone should work here over other companies.

Cons

I regret applying for a position at Guidehouse. I thought working here would be a great opportunity, but all I got instead was an opportunity to experience overwhelming workloads, terrible salaries, and toxic managers. Definitely steer clear of this place.

Pros

Coming from someone with a hard science background, my experience at Guidehouse allowed me to gain meaningful skillsets to think in a strategic way from a commercial angle. It expanded my possibility to go into a commercially-oriented role, not just R&D in pharma.

Cons

Pay felt slightly lower than typical consulting, but I had great mentors, great colleagues and manageable work-life balance (considering this is a consulting firm) so can't complain much.
