The individuals in my work group

Cons

Big corporate atmosphere, primarily concerned with profits, utilization and buzz words. Not at all concerned with individuals. Guidehouse does not offer the standard life insurance benefit of even 1 times your salary. This is an added expense for the employee. They love to say you can add additional benefits for the cost of a Starbucks, but for those who don't get Starbucks because it is too expensive that seems insulting.
