      Pros

      Sarah Lavel is truly remarkable and is constantly striving to improve the work environment. However, despite her best efforts, the leadership team seems to be resistant to any changes she proposes. It's frustrating for both her and the team, as they can see the potential for positive changes but are unable to implement them under the current circumstances.

      Cons

      The TA department unnecessarily complicates every aspect of the job! They disregard feedback and cling to outdated practices. Despite my team's numerous suggestions aimed at streamlining processes and enhancing candidate experiences, they remain inert.

      Manager was a bully. It was a very toxic environment. The training was lackluster but they took my accountability for it. You could ask the same question to two tenured people and get 2 way different answers.

      Unrealistic time expectations (working 70+ hour weeks is expected for promotion) Insane workloads or no work at all The expectation of doing “extracurriculars” for at least 10 hours a month outside of client work in order to be eligible for raises / bonuses / promotions Rude / unwelcoming leadership and management Low salary - underpaid for data science work
