Pros

The people on the ground try their best

Cons

Alright, here's the heads up. People leave constantly, and it shows in the mood. Raises barely change, layoffs pop up out of nowhere, and everyone stays tense waiting for the next bad surprise. You work hard but nothing really comes from it, no bonus, no growth, no clear future. Time off sounds flexible but just means more work later. Management talks a lot but never steps in when things fall apart. It feels like being stuck somewhere that is slowly falling apart and pretending everything is fine.
