Too many to name but: salary, lack of work-life balance, lack of diversity, lack of time off, utilization requirements, working with ICE and current administration, c-suite leadership

Do not work here, the majority of employees under C suite have been trying to leave for years. Systematically cutting benefits – everything from health insurance, to phone stipend because they’re too cheap to get us a work phone, to gutting social events/culture, to taking away floating holidays (borderline religious discrimination), to fully taking away bonuses, while explicitly breaking promises related to career development. Consistently worst communication from leadership I’ve ever heard of in business. All while increasing explicit and sinisterly insinuated expectations.
