      Pros

      Ghetto management. sexism and racism run through those hallways.

      Cons

      Terrible place and uneducated management. Female run workplace. Most people have no desire to do anything else with their life, so they stick around for literal decades. As a young and eager learner, this is not the place to go. This is where careers come to die. Glad I quit and doubled my salary.

      Pros

      Generally collegial atmosphere. Interesting work available in pockets of the company.

      Cons

      Lack of tech enablement. Near monthly reduction in benefits - slashed retirement funding, loss of PTO, halved tuition reimbursement, and most recently decrease in phone stipend. Tenured staff not paid at market rates torpedoes morale when new hires are paid more than senior levels.

      A Consulting Company Trying to Turn the Corner

      Great leadership in some departments Phenomenal coworkers in all departments Great coaching & development in some departments Strong sales that have helped the firm meet most financial metrics (ie fully funded bonuses) Opportunities abound for those who earn them

      Cons

      Vague plans to “turn the corner” and become the “next generation consultancy” Low base salary compared to competitors Plans get sprung on employees with little to no input Turnover in senior practice leadership has caused chaos/confusion in the rank & file No org chart following a restructuring leading to confusion on reporting relationships
