Pros

All the benefits of a big four company with slightly less hassle. Great pay!

Cons

They need to focus HEAVY on work/life balance and on client facing team happiness! Medical benefits are terrible (high deductible plans make for environments where people don’t want to go to the doctors or seek mental health professional services).

Pros

Opportunities to work with some interesting clients, made some life long friends here (even if they have all left firm now), DC office location is great

Cons

The excellent employee Benefits from PwC days/first year of GH are removed since joining with Navigant. No more 401k Wealth Builder, medical insurance went up, salaries are not nearly as competitive, milestone programs are local/shorter, no learning & development opportunities, tension from all the negative change on sectors
