Pros

Great work environment (depends on your project) . Great manager. Good pay. Good 401k match with wealth builder program.

Cons

Internal it structure are still at a maturing stage, not very reliable. Projects may turn unstable and you might end up moving projects a bit.

Pros

- Work with some high-caliber folks with high intellect - Allows people with little to no consulting background to gain experience in the industry - No longer tied to corporate PwC

Cons

- Lack of training - Mostly government work, which is boring - Depending on team dynamics, can be very difficult to gel with team, especially when working with a lot of Type A personalities who don’t really care much about your own growth and development - Company is trying to expand into commercial work but lacks the expertise or knowledge needed to compete with others in the industry

Pros

Team members are hard-working, competent. There are some interesting projects available. There is room for growth on the horizon, if you can hitch your wagon to the people and projects that are going places. People are willing to share knowledge and information.

Cons

Back office and infrastructure are nascent at best, broken on a good day, and non-existent at worse. Many of the corporate perks you may come to expect might be on their way, but in the meantime: there is no robust training available (online, or otherwise), a scattered HR department, persistent Cloud/IT issues, etc. Resources, templates, and the in-house methodologies you need to do your job mostly disappeared with the PwC brand/name. Thankfully people seem to be willing to share what they have, but it makes it harder for those new to consulting.
