Pros

The benefits are decent and some of the leadership isn't horrible (but they're likely leaving).

Cons

The CEO is a ghost, the COO leads by fear. They are losing people so quickly that the level of new-hire has dropped. The people who built this business have left and the culture has taken a nose dive.

Pros

People you work with, when the company was part of PwC it had a greatname, some of the project they work on really make a difference to the country

Cons

Management continues to lie to the staff, when moving away from PwC we were told no benefits would change well they changes from the start, time off around holidays gone, medical changed , you will be worked to death they promote work life balance but there is no balance when your are forced to work weekends and late evenings, don’t ever disagree with someone because they will run to HR and say you hurt their feelings, the Jr Staff needs to grow up and not be cuddled by HR and management .Nevermind getting an expense report paid , they drive to reject it with out a good explanation in why, plan on late credit card bills

Pros

They offer challenging work and are winning government contracts . Offices are metro accessible. Good start for junior to mid level to get quality skills to take with them to better place.

Cons

Management has no training and they have no policies. So it's a backstabbing culture where to get ahead you kiss up and managers will use your every stumble to email to 5 other people to look important. They manage by submission . You are being asked to work at a startup pace for long hours with no expectation of equity. They are controlled by a private equity fund that is fattening up the bird to sell to market. That's all that matters! Their tech is horrible as their cloud crashes constantly. The benefits are bare bones and don't compare with other big consulting companies. They focus on keeping costs low.
