Pros

They have “unlimited” paid time off

Cons

I was a remote worker & through no control of my own, I was told with less than a month notice that I’d be transition to another position but they had no idea where more than likely in person. So I found a new job that would accommodate my lifestyle better. I communicated with everyone necessary. Even still, there’s no need to put in a 2 week notice. I put in a 2 week notice and found out on my last check that they only put my termination date as the day I submitted my notice. Therefore my check was short over the holidays!! I’d NEVER recommend anyone to work here.

Pros

Training resources were available when necessary, but that was the only relief.

Cons

- Even the simplest tasks were buried under layers of approvals, turning routine work into a painfully slow process - Projects stalled endlessly because decisions sat in queues for days - Employees were expected to push forward despite the constant delays they could not control - Productivity was never the problem—the system itself was broken - Every step felt blocked, making it impossible to work efficiently - The constant bottlenecks were exhausting, demoralizing, and maddening

Pros

The internal systems responded quickly, but that only made the lack of real direction more glaring.

Cons

- Each day brought a new layer of overwhelm and frustration. - Assignments were incomplete , clarification rarely arrived on time, and revisions piled up because no clear guidance was given from the start. - Half the day is spent deciphering vague instructions, and the other half is fixing mistakes caused by that lack of direction. - The relentless pressure quietly builds until even minor missteps feel devastating and impossible to manage.
