      1. Unstructured in delegating work (L1 Associate ends up doing work meant for Managers). 2. Team Leaders/ Managers are slackers. 3. Daily work distribution differs based on employee capability while daily target remains the same. 4. Partiality. 5. Efforts taken by over achievers remains unnoticed and unrewarded. 6. Impolite verbiages used by management defaming associates.
