Pros

Pay is fine and the work can be interesting if you're on the right team

Cons

Management are all friends of friends who are now in leadership or director positions, meaning they are awful and unqualified. Business and new projects aren't about what the company is best at or what staff is capable of doing, just what makes money. The benefits aren't that great, and are expensive for a company of this size. Management don't care to keep you on board.

Pros

Intelligent, hard working people Flexible schedule

Cons

Leadership is out of touch with reality. from what I have seen, high turnover and leadership won’t listen to exit interviews on the cause or do anything to rectify it Unlimited PTO and utilization is deceiving. It really is “move around the hours you work so you can take time off”. It’s really not actually getting time off

Pros

You get exposure to a variety of sustainability projects and have the ability to make a direct impact on the planet and connect with leaders in the industry.

Cons

Some of the work can be monotonous, but there are typically a bunch of projects that can be taken on at any one time.
