Pros
- work can be challenging and teach a broad range of skill sets to be utilized in the compliance feild - wfh and hybrid work option - attempt employee engagement and do shoutout top workers
Cons
Management does not handle announcements or production requirements as needed. There is also an increase in overtime depending on the client that goes way beyond appropriate at times. Management is concerned with metrics/numbers and pleasing the client and will often do so jeopardizing employees efforts/time/ work life balance
