1. HR recruitment will make you join for the least package even of the budget for the position is more. So, reach out to people through LinkedIn and ask their package and range don't believe the HR. They are really good at cheating candidates on the package.
2. HR operations doesn't reslove issues raised by employees . One of the worst experiences I had with the operations team. They are more interested to conduct various completions and other stuffs and never listen to queries and requests. I never had a good experience with them, really a demotivating factor.
3. Work load will be really high and you need to stretch out the work time to deliver stuffs. But you learn new things here. It is a good opportunity for people who wanted to learn. But, at the expense of your personal life and time. Better suited for starters and people who are really passionate about working in energy efficiency, sustainability, decarbonization, climate change, ESG etc.
3. No freedom of choice - You will not have any choice to pick projects based on your interests. They will pull you to any projects.
4. Admin team is really useless- They don't respond to calls, have a very bad experience. One of the gifts provided by the company had some defects. It stopped working after a week. I contacted Admin, they told they are passing the information to the vendor. It's been few months, no vendors ever contacted.
