Pros

You'll be paid every other week. Your insurance card will arrive in record time. That's it. Nothing further to report.

Cons

Training is done via TEAMS. No reason why managers could not bring us into the office for detailed training then return us to home for remote work . We're nearly 2.5 months in and still no company issued computer or manuals. They just want us to look and look and listen to what the trainer is doing in TEAMS. It's a joke. Trainees are discouraged from asking questions.
