      Great in the beginning but once the project is over not so much

      Pros

      When I first got offered the position I was excited. The pay was better than my previous QA position and it was remote.

      Cons

      Depending on the practice but I can’t speak for all. The internal teams can be a mess to work with. I also got the message although indirectly that after a project is over they will try to get rid of you. If your not going into management here, don’t expect to stay too long.
