Pros

great work environment, brand new office, young (managers are in 20s), fast paced, strong deal flow. good opportunity to hone in on communication and organization skills. campus recruiting does a phenomenal job signing on students from top tier unis. certainly will be surrounded with high quality individuals who are competitive and kind.

Cons

job description when i was hired did not match actual duties. was pitched as more of a consulting role based around market research, but actual day to day did not line up with that. almost all time is spent sourcing market experts to speak with PE/HF/healthcare clients. they have recently (within last 12 months) revamped job description to more accurately reflect this.

Pros

You get to know many industries

Cons

Quite a bad position actually, just mostly telephone sales and just a call center, that's about it. People aren't the smartest around tbh and not very sharp looking.
