Pros

Fun coworkers, friendly environment and fast promotions (high turnover). Not that difficult to be promoted to a project manager position right after your first anniversary. Work hard during your first year and push for the next step. Be smart and use Guidepoint as a catapult into greener pastures.

Cons

Limited room for upward mobility and career development. You hit the ceiling in 2 years or so.

Pros

Seems like the last post was made by HR. The only positive is the work colleagues and the young team.

Cons

People leave Guidepoint every month because there are no opportunities. The only skills that people learn there is how to Spam people on Linkedin. Salary is really low for people with masters. If people get a good job after being at Guidepoint it is because they did study something good and did not stay longer at Guidepoint.

To ensure there are no miscommunications from the start, we explain our roles in detail throughout the hiring and interview process, which involves an example of the day-to-day in a particular role as well as the salary for that position. In general, we always try to motivate our employees to achieve higher levels through training, promotions based on job performance, and salary increases when earned. Even though we’re committed to our people, turnover is a natural event that all companies experience.
