1. Very understanding and supportive work culture. 2. Flexible in all ways (Work from home, hours, breaks etc.) 3. Flat organizational hierarchy 4. Pay is really good 5. The office, the people, the bosses - All are great

Flexible to work in office or home. Mentors are there to help you for first month. Most time it is free-and-easy

Cons

You can stay stagnant if you do not meet certain KPIs. No company culture and you can feel foreign even though you work here for months. Mentally draining for hit KPI
