Pros

Brilliant environment, lots of collaboration in your team. Definitely looks like there is lots of scope to grow and build in the company. Good ethos of promoting internally. Great office location. Ability to choose how you structure your week with WFH -Office split. Rewarded for efforts. Good commission structure. Great socials.

Cons

Can be long hours sometimes, however this is the same in any job.

Pros

the team has really built up a nice company culture during the time I was there - people were helping each other and there were frequent cohesions to keep things fresh. Because the team consists of many nationalities, it is a good place to know more people from other places.

Cons

The job scope is really dry.

Pros

I spent several years at Guidepoint and was very sad to leave! You have the opportunity to work with great people - locally and internationally - in a very driven environment. The work itself can be challenging (and slightly repetitive when you start out in the Associate role) but if you push yourself you can learn a lot, work your way up the ladder, and build lasting relationships with clients.

Cons

Work/life balance can be difficult across the industry
