Have met some incredible colleagues at Guidepoint.

Cons

There's no work life balance. You are expected to reply to your emails within 15 min - that's for your days off or post 6pm. During work hours you must reply to e-mails immediately and drop whatever you're doing to get projects started. The job is not suitable for anyone who has a life outside of work as you are expected to work even on holidays. The company has a lot of potential but the high employee turnaround is happening for a reason - everyone working there is unhappy. Management is incredibly young, untrained, unqualified and inexperienced. Everyone is hired to say yes to the CEO who does not like his views to be challenged.

Singapore office is a nice family. Most of teamates stays more than 5 years. This fact tells everything. And you can learn different things everyday. A very interesting work
