Joke of a company

Pros

Pays relatively well and isn't long hours

Cons

The job is brain numbing, and when I was laid off, my managers who I'd worked with since day one never said goodbye, thank you, or even acknowledged that I was leaving.

Pros

Good benefits, PTO, Hybrid, $70k/year, reasonable hours

Cons

While there are some genuinely good people at Guidepoint, most of the employees are like highly competitive frat/sorority people. Extremely toxic environment, where management thrives off of fear. The work as an Associate is also mind mumblingly boring. Try reaching out to 300+ people per day who think you're a scammer only to get maybe 5 responses back. After I left this job, my levels of anxiety went down enormously. I finally feel like myself again after 3 months of being aware from that god awful job.
