Pros

- If you'd like easy work, more than welcome - If you like routine (every single day same work) welcome - If you like calling people every single day, welcome. - If you like to socialize during work hours and do minimal work without facing any consequences, more than welcome

Cons

-People here don't deserve even to become a research manager. Seems to be incompetent with managing individuals. Don't understand how they even became a research manager in the first place. -Guidepoint seems like a social club, people are not here to work but to socialize/hang out (talking about how rich they are, how many cars they have etc), treats the office as if they are at a pub. But funny thing is even managers will engage in these conversations, looks absolutely ridiculous.

Pros

The only bright spot was the culture

Cons

Management was completely out of touch, the pay was a joke, and the work itself was so simple a monkey could do it. I'm also pretty sure they just got sued because they were grossly underpaying lol
