Pros

Good opportunity to get into the corporate environment, you discover multiple industries, some of them may catch your interest for further development. Friendly professional environment, plenty of corporate events

Cons

Work routine is mundane, gets boring pretty fast, lacks in professional and skills development

Pros

Hybrid work, friendly environment, flexibility working on bank holidays

Cons

I have been recently removed before my end of probation, without any warning. The company decided not to proceed with extension of my probation period, while my superiors reassured me on my third month of probation that they will be looking into other metrics as well. Some of my colleagues were also removed from the Athens office, the same day as I, with the difference that they were given the chance of an extended probation. My work was never appreciated from the management team, any of my efforts were not recognised either. My managers were siding with members of my team, leaving me without any support at times. Unclear expectations and unrealistic targets were set from day one of my career in the company. Discrimination, injustice, management skills, empathy and humanity are some of the traits the company as well as the Management and HR Teams are lacking in Guidepoint. While this is a personal opinion after all, I would recommend to anyone who thinks of applying to any company as Guidepoint, to think twice. No one should ever accept working for an employer who treats their employees with no respect!

Pros

- If you'd like easy work, more than welcome - If you like routine (every single day same work) welcome - If you like calling people every single day, welcome. - If you like to socialize during work hours and do minimal work without facing any consequences, more than welcome

Cons

-People here don't deserve even to become a research manager. Seems to be incompetent with managing individuals. Don't understand how they even became a research manager in the first place. -Guidepoint seems like a social club, people are not here to work but to socialize/hang out (talking about how rich they are, how many cars they have etc), treats the office as if they are at a pub. But funny thing is even managers will engage in these conversations, looks absolutely ridiculous.
