      -Work environment/coworkers -Excellent location -Good compensation and benefits -Good place to start, especially if you're interested in client-facing roles

      Cons

      -Available but limited opportunities to grow -Hardly any (non-soft) skills to transfer to any other job -Expected to work over hours on a daily basis (some roles) -Hard to ever know what the plan for the company/personal development is

      Worst management and highly toxic culture. Everything depends on favoritism—unless you’re in the VP’s inner circle, you’re treated unfairly. Clear bias in work-from-home policies and opportunities. Only consulting accounts are valued; others are overlooked. The VP openly favors certain employees (even in social settings), creating a divided environment. HR is ineffective despite repeated complaints and multiple exits.
