Pros

I learned how to work in a very fast paced place, under pressure and constant micromanagement. After that, other jobs seem like a piece of cake. That was the positive outcome. Also, practiced my English a lot.

Cons

Tons of unpaid overtime, if you ever logged out on time it was frown upon. You needed to hit target even during months when you got 2-weeks time off, so people were unofficially forced to work while on vacation days. Very complicated cover procedures before days off. Also, every month you are constantly reminded that next month you could be fired if you have not reached target. Ageism, as only very young people are being hired.

Pros

i got lucky and made some good friends

Cons

-Disorganized Workflow and Expectations: The division of responsibilities between project managers and associates is poorly defined. Ideally, project managers should manage the first half of client-facing tasks while associates handle expert communications. However, I encountered project managers who expected associates to monitor all client communications, which is not aligned with their role. -Toxic Culture: I observed a concerning culture where senior team members often remarked about their own challenging experiences, implying that associates should endure similar hardships. This mentality fosters an unhealthy work environment and discourages open communication. - Ineffective Management: The workforce consists largely of young professionals, and many managers lack the experience necessary to effectively lead and develop their teams. There seems to be little interest in supporting employees' career progression, as many managers view their roles as temporary stepping stones. - Minimal Salary Increases: Compensation adjustments are notably low, which does not reflect the effort and dedication put forth by employees.
